I have always wanted this book when I was a child, but I never got it. I finally got it and I do like it because it's "The Great Mouse Detective", but there are too many things that do match the movie, like Toby talking when he only barks or growls in the movie, and when Ratigan feeds Bartholomew to Felicia, the book does not mention why like the movie does. So overall, this book is good but I do wish it stayed true to the movie.
